We had a nice room with a great view, and the location was fab for beach walks! Staff were pleasant and tried their best, bless them. It's a hidden gem, but more renovation wouldn't hurt!

Calling it a resort is a bit much! Plus, I think I saw the ghosts of some long-lost amenities roaming the halls.

Couple's experience went wrong

The staff were wonderful kind people always ready to help us out like when they upgraded our room to one with a beautiful view of the bay and bridge after a small issues with check-in. We had a nice continental breakfast that helped to settle our nerves from the start of the trip.

It wasn’t exactly cheap for what we got but it was still acceptable given the circumstances.

Great View, Needs Improvement

The stunning ocean view from our room impressed us, making our stay memorable despite some downsides. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. However, the room cleanliness left much to be desired with dirty windows and a lack of proper maintenance.
